You're a small company. What if you disappear?
It is the right question, and it is not settled by trust: it is settled by the contract. Two clauses answer it, in place from our first client onwards.
Reversibility: a button inside the product exports your software's manifest and all your data, in a documented format, at any time, without asking us for permission. Escrow: the engine's source code is deposited with a third party. If Ghost Studio stops, you keep the manifest, you keep the data, and the code comes to you.

This is not custom code. It is a declarative configuration running on a single engine — the same one for every client.
You do not own a frozen version written for you that nobody will be able to pick up: you own a readable configuration. The engine itself is improved by all clients at once — fixes, performance, new building blocks. And changes to your configuration are included in the subscription: adding a field or a step does not trigger a quote.
We already have an ERP. Do you expect us to throw it away?
No. Keep it. We do not touch your accounting.
We replace the fourteen spreadsheets orbiting around it: site tracking, planning, chasing payments, the hours table, the shared file only one person knows how to maintain. Your ERP remains the source of accounting entries; your Ghost software connects to it to read and write what it must, and nothing more.

The software is deterministic: your figures are computed by rules, never by a model.
AI is there to capture, extract, draft and alert — read a PDF invoice and pre-fill the record, draft a payment reminder, flag a delay, find a piece of information. It never computes a total, a margin or a tax amount. And whatever it proposes goes through human approval before it enters your data.
It's expensive.

It is your process, in your words: the screens carry your trade's vocabulary because they are written during the on-site immersion, with the people who do the work. A dedicated expert trains the teams, then stays reachable. And if a screen does not match reality on the ground, we change it — it is a configuration, not a building site.

That is €1,822 per month. The time lost adds up to 8,280 hours over five years.
As an indication, your setup budget spread over 60 months comes to €250 per month, before financing costs.
These amounts are the product of your assumptions, not a promise of results. We know neither your licences nor how much time you actually lose: the on-site scoping measures them, and the quote replaces our starting values.
CASH FLOW
If the issue is cash flow, not the amount.
The setup can be financed through leasing and spread over the term of the contract, instead of being paid in one go. Your expert prices the option when the quote is drawn up, with the finance provider.
Leasing is an option, never a condition. You are free to pay for the setup outright.
