Terms of service

1. Purpose

Ghost World Society C corp ("Ghost") provides an online service that lets you describe a software need and receive a navigable mockup generated by artificial intelligence, then, on quote, have custom business software developed, integrated and maintained.

2. Free mockup

Generating a mockup is free and commitment-free. It is neither a quote nor a promise of development. Ghost may limit the number of generations per visitor to keep the service available.

The mockup is a prototype: it processes none of your company's real data and must not be used in production.

3. Account and customer workspace

Opening an account requires a valid email address. You sign in with a link sent to that address or with a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account. Report any unauthorized use promptly to contact@ghost.fr.

4. Content you provide

You warrant that you hold the rights to the descriptions, files and data you submit, and that they contain no sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR. Ghost does not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Development services

Development, integration, maintenance and training are covered by a separate scoping document and quote, signed by both parties. They are governed by the specific terms attached to that quote, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict.

6. Intellectual property

The website, the platform and the models remain Ghost's property. Mockups generated from your descriptions are licensed to you freely for internal use. The code of custom-built software is assigned to you under the terms of the quote, with the documentation needed for a third party to take it over.

7. Availability and liability

Ghost strives to keep the service available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, notably during maintenance. Ghost cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of unsaved data or business losses related to the use of a free mockup.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your workspace or by writing to contact@ghost.fr. Ghost may suspend an account in case of breach of these terms, after notice by email where circumstances allow.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action; failing that, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
